The picture is a Cullinan. Rolls-Royce does not print a US sticker.
The door is shut. I sit with the picture before I move the numbers. Checkout is not the product. The Cullinan is the goal picture. The payment, the term, the miles, and the residual are the error signal that tells me whether the picture still fits.
Rolls-Royce's official Cullinan Series II press release, fetched on 29 August 2026, calls Cullinan the most requested Rolls-Royce in the marque's portfolio and names a 6.75-litre V12. It does not publish MSRP, residual, money factor, term, miles, cash due, or a monthly payment. The official US Cullinan showroom page describes the car the same way and still prints no sticker.
The official Black Badge Cullinan Series II press release I fetched preserves a twin-turbocharged 6.75-litre V12 at 600PS and 900Nm of torque. That page does not print a Black Badge sticker or a lease payment either.
I do not invent a Rolls-Royce sticker to fill that blank. A lease payment starts from a selling price and a residual that is a percentage of MSRP for an exact term and mileage. Without a published sticker, the only monthly I can audit is the Cullinan row already on this site.
Cullinan Series II. Official press release: most requested Rolls-Royce, 6.75-litre V12. Official US showroom page. No MSRP printed on the pages I used.
Black Badge Cullinan Series II. Official press release: twin-turbocharged 6.75-litre V12, 600PS, 900Nm. No MSRP, and no separate calculator row on this site.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Financial Services names a conventional lease and a pre-pay lease on the official US financing-and-leasing page, and tells me to consult an authorized dealer. That page does not publish a national Cullinan worksheet.
The monthly I can publish is one Cullinan row
Luxemetry does not have a Rolls-Royce-published MSRP to quote. The live Cullinan model is a site assumption already used on the brand Rolls-Royce how-much page and the live Cullinan calculator: $428,000 MSRP, a 56% residual ($239,680), and a 1% transaction discount. On 36 months, 10,000 miles a year, a 0.00270 money factor (6.48% comparison shorthand, not loan APR), 10% cash down, $1,095 capitalized fees, $1,200 upfront fees, and 7.25% tax on the payment, the site estimate is about $6,041 a month and $50,041 due at signing. Those figures are not a dealer quote.
The same calculator reconstructs that $6,041: agreed value $423,720, residual $239,680, monthly depreciation about $3,954, rent charge about $1,679, taxed payment about $6,041, modeled total cash about $261,464 over 36 months. I read that progression before I treat the monthly as real.
A 1% discount on $428,000 is $4,280 below the site sticker. Residual stays 56% of $428,000, not 56% of $423,720. If a dealer is asking over sticker, that assumption breaks. Every dollar above the residual base is extra depreciation the lease has to cover, because the bank will not raise the residual to match a markup.
Cullinan model (this site). MSRP $428,000. Residual 56% ($239,680). Market adj. -1%. About $6,041 a month. Due at signing $50,041. 36 months, 10,000 miles, 0.00270 money factor.
What this row is not. Not a Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Financial Services program. Not a Rolls-Royce-published sticker. Not a Black Badge quote. Not a bespoke commission.
I do not invent a Black Badge monthly or an RRFS program
A lease payment is not sticker divided by 36. Residual is a percentage of MSRP for an exact term and mileage. Money factor is a lender input. Cash due at signing changes the optics more than the economics. Without those three, a monthly is a teaser.
Black Badge Cullinan Series II is a different car than this generic Cullinan row. The official press release I fetched prints 600PS and 900Nm and no price. This site has no Black Badge calculator row. I do not scale $6,041 up or down to fake a Black Badge payment.
Bespoke work raises the build and recovers almost none of it at resale. The residual percentage only credits it at the same 56% as the rest of the car. The model prices a base Cullinan. I do not invent a commission monthly.
Other sites publish Cullinan monthlies. If those pages omit capitalized cost, residual for this term and mileage, money factor, term, or miles, the monthly is unauditable. I cite only Rolls-Royce pages I can point to and the site numbers already in the Rolls-Royce how-much file. I do not fill the blank.
If a Cullinan quote is missing capitalized cost, residual for this term and mileage, money factor, term, or miles, it is not a quote I can audit. I write the method and stop. I do not fill the blank.
How I use a Cullinan quote
I agree the selling price as if I were paying cash. Then I ask for the five inputs: capitalized cost, residual percentage for this exact term and mileage, money factor, term, and mileage allowance. I put those five into the lease calculator. If the formula and the worksheet disagree, a fee is in the deal that I have not been shown.
The brand Rolls-Royce how-much page is the rest of the range — Ghost, Spectre, Phantom — so I do not pretend a Cullinan payment is a Rolls-Royce payment. The live Cullinan calculator is the same site row I can audit.
These estimates use 10,000 miles a year. If I need more, the residual falls. That is cheaper than paying excess-mileage at return. A large check at signing is prepaid depreciation, not equity. On this car I also sit with the gap the brand page already names: the site model residualizes at 56% while modeled three-year market retention is 66%.
Frequently asked questions
- How much is it to lease a Rolls-Royce Cullinan in 2026?
- Luxemetry's published Cullinan model is about $6,041 a month and $50,041 due at signing on 36 months, 10,000 miles, a $428,000 MSRP assumption, a 56% residual, a 1% transaction discount, and a 0.00270 money factor. That is a site estimate, not a dealer quote. Rolls-Royce's official Cullinan Series II press release I fetched does not print a sticker or a monthly.
- How much is a Cullinan versus a Black Badge Cullinan to lease?
- Rolls-Royce's official Black Badge Cullinan Series II press release I fetched prints 600PS and 900Nm and no MSRP. This site models only the generic Cullinan row at about $6,041 a month. I do not invent a Black Badge monthly because residual and money factor are not on that page and this site has no separate calculator row for that name.
- Why is Luxemetry's $6,041 different from other Cullinan monthlies I have seen?
- Because a monthly without residual, term, miles, money factor, and cash due is a teaser, not a comparable quote. The $6,041 figure uses stated assumptions already on the brand Rolls-Royce how-much page and the live Cullinan calculator. I do not guess which inputs produce another site's number.
- Is the brand Rolls-Royce page the same as this Cullinan page?
- The brand Rolls-Royce how-much page is the range article: one Cullinan row next to a Ghost, a Spectre, and a Phantom. This page is the Cullinan-specific search URL. Both use the same $6,041 site model. This page adds the official Series II and Black Badge pages I can point to and refuses a monthly I cannot audit.
- Does Rolls-Royce subsidize Cullinan leases?
- Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Financial Services offers conventional and pre-pay leases through authorized dealers. The official US financing-and-leasing page does not publish a national Cullinan residual or money factor. The site model assumes a market-rate 0.00270 money factor with no subsidy. Ask whether a program is running on the exact car, term, and miles in front of you, and get residual and money factor in writing.
