Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links can earn Luxemetry a commission. The estimate you see before the link is independent of that relationship.

What an affiliate link is

A link marked as a partner or affiliate link may identify Luxemetry as the referring publisher. If you complete a qualifying purchase or booking after following it, the merchant may pay us a commission. You do not pay an added fee to Luxemetry for using the link.

How links are marked

When a partner program is connected, its links appear inside a clearly labeled "Partner listings" panel with a disclosure next to the link, and carry the standard sponsored relationship attribute for search engines. No partner program is connected today, so no such panel is shown; this policy applies if and when one is.

What commissions do not change

Merchants do not set our modeled prices, retention curves, operating costs, or calculator results. A partner cannot pay to improve an estimate, remove an unfavorable comparison, or receive editorial approval. We may link to more than one marketplace so the reader can compare the result rather than treat one seller as the market.

Availability, seller descriptions, authentication, fees, taxes, delivery, charter inclusions, and return terms belong to the merchant and can differ from the assumptions on this site. Confirm those terms before transacting.

Click measurement and privacy

When optional analytics are allowed, we record the merchant, asset category, and source page of an affiliate click so we can measure which placements are useful. We do not include calculator inputs or a visitor's name in that event. The merchant receives the normal technical information sent when you visit its site and applies its own privacy policy from that point onward. See our privacy policy for details.
