Refunds

Publisher: Taegye Lab (태계랩). Product: Luxemetry Buying Pass — a one-time digital license for 30 days of Deal Desk workspace access. Not a subscription. Not a loan, lease, insurance policy, or human review service.

1. What can be refunded

Only a verified Buying Pass payment. Free calculators, the public Deal Desk auditor, guides, and the sample workspace are not charged and have nothing to refund.

Email hello@taegye.com with the payment email and order reference. We aim to reply within a few business days.

2. 14-day unused-access refund

If you request a refund within 14 days of payment and the member workspace has not been used to save paid quotes, we refund the pass in full.

If paid storage has already been used, we still read the request. Refunds after use are decided case by case. We do not refund because a dealer quote, residual, or insurance figure differed from a catalog estimate — those figures are estimates, not offers.

3. Merchant of record

When checkout opens, payments are planned to be collected by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Card data is not stored on Luxemetry servers. Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund within 60 days of purchase at its discretion to prevent a chargeback, even if this page says otherwise.

Applicable tax is shown before payment. A tax-only refund follows the rules of the taxing jurisdiction.

4. What this product is not

• Not a brokered lease, loan, or insurance contract
• Not live lender rates or a bindable insurance quote
• Not human appraisal, negotiation, or consulting
• Not a guarantee that any desk will change its numbers
