1. Estimates, not quotes

Every figure produced by this site is an estimate generated by a mathematical model. None of it is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of any term available to you.

Lease payments depend on the capitalized cost, residual value, money factor, term, mileage allowance, fees, and taxes that a specific dealer and leasing bank apply to a specific transaction. Residual values and money factors are set by lenders, change frequently, and vary by region, model year, and credit tier. Vehicle, watch, handbag, jewelry, and yacht prices, secondary-market values, insurance, maintenance, and depreciation rates in our datasets are modeled estimates compiled from public information and will differ from actual transactions and ownership experience.

Confirm every figure with the relevant seller, lender, insurer, broker, adviser, or other counterparty before entering into any agreement.

2. Not financial, legal, or tax advice

Luxemetry provides general informational tools and educational content. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker, dealer, lender, insurer, accountant, or attorney, and nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or insurance advice.

No content here is a recommendation to enter into any transaction or to acquire any asset. Decisions about significant purchases should be made with qualified professionals who understand your specific circumstances.

3. Buying Pass is software, not a service

The optional Buying Pass is a one-time digital software license: $19 USD for 30 days of Deal Desk workspace features (saved quotes, comparison, itemized report). It does not auto-renew. Guides and free calculators stay public without a pass.

Access is fulfilled in software after payment is verified. There is no human review of your deal, no negotiation on your behalf, no live lender rate, and no insurance contract. Outbound insurer links are not an agency relationship. We do not sell cars, arrange financing, or bind coverage.

Checkout is not open until the payment provider has approved the store and a pass has been created. A waitlist email is not an order. See Buying Pass and refunds.

4. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the calculations, data, or content are accurate, complete, or current.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxemetry and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of this site — including any decision made in reliance on an estimate produced here.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data at a rate that burdens the service
• Reproduce or republish substantial portions of the content without permission
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site, or gain unauthorized access to any part of it
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation
• Misrepresent our estimates as quotes, offers, or professional advice to others

7. Intellectual property

The text, design, calculation implementations, and compiled dataset on this site are owned by Luxemetry and protected by applicable intellectual property law. The underlying financial formulas are industry standard and not claimed as proprietary.

Manufacturer, builder, brand, product, and model names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only. Luxemetry is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer, builder, dealer, broker, lender, or insurer.

8. Third-party links and advertising

The site may contain advertising and links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third party. Inclusion of an advertisement or link is not an endorsement.

A link marked as a partner or affiliate link may earn Luxemetry a commission if you complete a qualifying purchase or booking. This does not change the modeled estimate shown on the site, and the merchant does not receive editorial control. Prices, availability, authentication, fees, taxes, delivery, returns, and charter terms must be confirmed directly with that merchant. See the affiliate disclosure.

9. Payments

When checkout opens, card payments are planned to be collected by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Luxemetry does not store full card numbers. Applicable tax is shown before payment. Refunds are described on the refund page.

10. Changes to the site and these terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We may also revise these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you rights that cannot be waived. Lemon Squeezy buyer terms may also apply to a completed Buying Pass purchase.
