How Much to Lease a Mercedes G63 in 2026

Mercedes-Benz USA's official AMG G 63 SUV page, fetched on 29 August 2026, is titled 2027 AMG G 63 SUV. It prints a starting Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of $198,750. The same page lists a handcrafted AMG 4.0L V8 biturbo with hybrid assist, 577 hp, 627 lb-ft, and 4.2 seconds to 60 mph. It does not publish residual, money factor, term, miles, cash due, or a monthly payment.

I do not invent a monthly to sit next to that sticker. A lease payment starts from a selling price and a residual that is a percentage of MSRP for an exact term and mileage. Without those inputs on the official page, the only monthly I can audit is the G63 row already on this site.

The live G63 model is a site assumption already used on the G-wagon how-much page and the G63 disclosure-reading guide: $195,500 MSRP, a 72% residual ($140,760), and an 8% market adjustment. On 36 months, 10,000 miles a year, a 0.00270 money factor (6.48% comparison shorthand, not loan APR), 10% cash down, $1,095 capitalized fees, $1,200 upfront fees, and 7.25% tax on the payment, the site estimate is about $2,513 a month and $23,263 due at signing. Those figures are not a dealer quote.

The G63 disclosure guide reconstructs the same $2,513: agreed value $211,140, residual $140,760, monthly depreciation about $1,442, rent charge about $900, taxed payment about $2,513, modeled total cash about $111,200 over 36 months. I read that progression before I treat the monthly as real.

An 8% market adjustment on $195,500 is $15,640 above the site sticker. Residual stays 72% of $195,500, not 72% of $211,140. Every dollar above the residual base is extra depreciation the lease has to cover. The official $198,750 I fetched is $3,250 above the site sticker. I do not scale $2,513 up to fake a 2027 payment.

A lease payment is not sticker divided by 36. Residual is a percentage of MSRP for an exact term and mileage. Money factor is a lender input. Cash due at signing changes the optics more than the economics. Without those three, a monthly is a teaser.
